How long does it take to ship the orders?
- We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
- Orders are usually delivered the fastest in A-1 metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, followed by other areas.

The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, occasional delays may sometimes happen on a case-to-case basis.
Please note that SHOPPETITE is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as the recipient being unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions, and so on. How can I track my order?

The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch and shipment is created with the courier company.
How do you ship the orders?
We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to Bluedart, Aramex, Delhivery, and Ecom Express for local delivery to various pin codes in India.
Which locations do you deliver?
We deliver to more than 20,000 thousand pin-codes all over India through our courier partners. This covers almost all of the internet-enabled areas of the country.
What are the delivery charges at SHOPPETITE?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders of any amount.
What if the delivery that I received is damaged?
In rare cases of transport damage,
- If you found the carton box damaged/tampered with, please reject it at delivery (even if it's a prepaid order) and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.
- For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without video proof at the time of unboxing.
- Video Proof Is required of package opening in case you request for a claim that you have not received the product in the package.
What if I am going out of town, Can you expedite my delivery?
Current logistics infrastructure in India doesn’t allow us to expedite further at this time.
Usually, we ship orders within 2-3 Business Days. Please allow us 1-2 days for your order to process.
Note: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer
Shoppetite is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, before ordering.
We are not responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
